Appliances City Wide is a single-operator repair service. Rob takes the call, diagnoses the appliance, and quotes the repair himself. If the maths don’t favour a repair — a 14-year-old fridge with a failed compressor, for example — he’ll tell you that too. There’s no call-out fee on a booked repair. Rob diagnoses on-site, explains what’s failed, and quotes a firm price for parts plus labour before he touches a tool. You approve the quote and we get to work — the number you approved is the number on the receipt. Most repairs finish in a single visit with parts carried in-truck; if a specialist part needs ordering, we’ll tell you the lead time up front and book the return visit when the part lands.
